Over the years I’ve held a number of different management roles in different organizations. I’m at my best close to my direct reports and feel most comfortable in first-line management.

I’ve managed groups of up to 25 people, both functional and cross-functional teams, juniors and seniors.

I’m particularly excited about group dynamics and building strong cohesive teams, but have long experience with matrix-organizations and management situations where my direct-reports have their team and sense of belonging somewhere else in the organization.
