Individual sessions are spread out over a time period of 7-14 weeks, allowing each participant to work on their personal goals and challenges. Participants are encouraged to reflect and bring real-life experiences and questions to each session

A lightweight alternative to the full Grow! framework where we compress the classroom-based experience to one full day.
Suitable for organizations that struggle to invest in two full days of training. Same concept, same modules but less depth and fewer group discussions
