I have been described as something of a “chaos pilot” and can be air-dropped straight into the mess that needs sorting out. With my wide technical background and breadth of customer experience I pick up the pace quickly. Again, like an expert consultant should.

Agile Practices – I’m happy to help you set up, lead, or refine your agile practices. Oftentimes organizations fail in their agile transformation because they underestimate how fundamental the shift to agile practises is, and how big the impact is on the organization. I am well-positioned to help you understand what you need to tweak further to be successful in your transformation.

Change Management – I can help you drive user adoption as you roll out your new product platform. If your organization is falling behind on its ROI estimates or you are not seeing the user adoption you expected you can benefit from an outside perspective. I’ll help you re-iterate on your adoption success metrics, identify adoption blockers and work with you to ensure you get the adoption levels you were looking for.

Solution Architecture and Technical Leadership – My experience is that solution architects that are comfortable moving between the steerco meetings and the trenches of the development teams are hard to find. I have years and years of experience in these roles and am happy to take ownership of large development efforts and drive them to completion while navigating all sorts of political or business-related hurdles.

Project Management – I’m an experienced project manager and am happy to run your IT project for you, be it custom development, the implementation of a standard platform or a phase or stream in a larger program.
